Kameron came to get our fireplace started, which has been a problem every year since we had a gas fireplace installed. Kameron diagnosed the problem immediately, explained what he did in detail and told us he could contact him if we continue to have any problems. He was pleasant, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I wish we had called Midwest Fireplace for service years ago.

12 months ago, Our Heatalator kept going out on its own. Had a different company come out to find the problem. They cleaned it and but the problem persisted. After a year of putting up with it we had Midwest come out. Jacob was on time (called and came earlier). He found the problem, replaced the battery back up parts and cleaned it. Now it shines! Most importantly, It's been 2 weeks and no problems with fire going out on it's own. Made us and our dog very happy! Thanks Jacob!

Jacob was on time and great with communication! He called when he was on his way and let me know during his service how things were going! He was very considerate of our home and kept things neat and tidy! Most of all, he diagnosed our problem and repaired our 10 year old fireplace to like new condition! We recommend Midwest and Jacob very highly!

Our fireplace was returned to functioning, cleaned, new embers installed and logs reset. All work was done very well , much cleaning was done gratis and the work was done rapidly and efficiently. When I got the bill I was presently surprised at the reasonableness. I highly recommend their service!

Couldn’t be happier with Midwest Fireplace. My experience was perfect. They were on time, courteous, and did a great job on our fireplace. Diagnosed and fixed the problem within 15 minutes and had it working shortly after. They even cleaned and repainted the inside to make it look brand new. They were fantastic! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We had our fireplace serviced. The person was on time and gave me a tutorial on the remote and was immaculate. Iwe highly recommend Midwest Fireplace.
